Why Add Your Tickets to Your Mobile Wallet?

Adding your tickets to your mobile wallet allows you to:

  • Avoid searching through emails at the entrance

  • Prevent issues with low signal or slow loading

  • Keep your tickets securely stored on your device

  • Enjoy faster and smoother event entry

Before You Start

Make sure you are using the correct browser for your digital wallet:

  • Apple Wallet → Use Safari browser

  • Google Wallet → Use Google Chrome browser

Using a different browser may prevent the “Add to Wallet” option from working properly.

Step-by-Step Guide to Add Your Tickets

Open the EVENT Live Website

Sign In to Your Account

Log in the same way you did when purchasing your tickets:

  • Google

  • Email & Password

  • Any other selected login method

⚠️ Make sure you use the same account used during checkout.

Go to Orders Tab

Click on Your Name located at the upper-right corner and select Orders from the Side Panel

View Your Order Details

Locate the order you want to save and click “View Order Details”

Select Ticket

Under the Ticket Rows section, click the ticket icon 🎟️ located on the left side

Add to Wallet

Click “Add to Wallet" You will be redirected to a page where you can confirm and add the ticket to your digital wallet

Once completed, your ticket will be stored securely in your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.

FAQs

Do I still need to print my ticket?
Once your ticket is saved in your mobile wallet, printing is not required.
Can I screenshot my wallet ticket?
Yes. This can also be an option as long as the QR Codes can be scanned, screenshots should be okay to use.
What if I can’t find my ticket in my wallet?
Log back into your EVENT Live account and repeat the process to add the ticket again.
What if the “Add to Wallet” button is not showing?
Make sure you are using the correct browser (Safari for Apple Wallet; Google Chrome for Google Wallet) Also confirm you are logged into the same account used when purchasing the tickets.
What if I accidentally remove the ticket from my wallet?
No problem. Simply log back into your EVENT Live account and repeat the “Add to Wallet” process.
Can I add tickets after transferring them to someone else?
Once a ticket has been successfully transferred, only the new ticket holder can add it to their mobile wallet using their own EVENT Live account.
Can I use a tablet instead of a phone?
Yes, as long as the device supports Apple Wallet or Google Wallet and you are using the correct browser.
Is adding to a mobile wallet required?
It is not mandatory, but it is highly recommended for faster and smoother event entry.
