If you’ve moved or need your order shipped to a different location, you can easily update your shipping address directly through your EVENT Live account. Follow the steps below to make sure your delivery details are accurate and up to date.
How to Update Your Shipping Address

Login to Your EVENT Live Account
Visit the EVENT Live website: www.eventliveus.com and log in to your account

Click Your Name at the top-right corner

Go to Orders
On the side panel, go to Orders and select the order you want to update

Manage Delivery Details
You will be redirected to your Order Details. Under delivery details, click Manage

Fill Out the Shipping Address Form
A Shipping Address Form will pop up — enter your new shipping address.

Optionally, you can click "Update All Shipped Items in This Order"
To use the same new address for all tickets in that order, check Update All Shipped Items in This Order.
If your tickets need to be shipped to different addresses, leave this checkbox unchecked.

Save Your Changes
Click Update to save your changes

Repeat the steps for any tickets that require a different shipping address
Note: Shipping address changes are only allowed within a set timeframe. Once the cutoff has passed, updates will not apply to orders already processed. Items will be shipped to the address originally on file. Always check your email for any deadlines set by the event organizer.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been processed for shipping, tracking details will be added to the system so you can monitor your order's delivery easily.

Go to the order you want to track and click Manage

Track Parcel
Scroll to the bottom and click "Track Parcel". You will be redirected to carrier site to track the current status of your shipment.
Note: If your order has not yet been processed for shipping, the Track Parcel button will not appear.

Is there a deadline for changing my shipping address?
Yes. Shipping address changes are only allowed within a specific timeframe. Once the cutoff has passed or the order has already been processed, updates will no longer apply, and items will ship to the original address on file. Always confirm with the organizer or the support team on the cutoff date.
Can I use different shipping addresses for tickets in the same order?
Yes. You may assign different shipping addresses to tickets within the same order. If you want the same address applied to all tickets, select Update All Shipped Items in This Order.
What happens if I update my address after the order is processed?
If the order has already been processed for shipping, the update will not apply. Your items will be shipped to the original address on file.
Does EVENT Live control shipping timelines?
Shipping timelines are determined by the event organizer and shipping carrier. EVENT Live provides tracking information once it becomes available.
What happens if my package is returned to sender?
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, please contact the organizer or the support team.
What if my order contains both shipped and digital tickets?
Only shipped items can have a shipping address updated. Digital tickets are delivered electronically and are not affected by shipping address changes.
Can EVENT Live manually update my shipping address for me?
For security reasons, EVENT Live may require you to update your address directly through your account. In special cases, the Support Team may assist, subject to verification.
