You can easily access and manage your Ticket Lock Plan (installment plan) through your EVENT Live account. From here, you’ll be able to review your payment schedule, check your balance, and stay on top of upcoming installments.

Step-by-Step Guide

Go to the EVENT Live Login Page

Visit www.eventliveus.com and click Log In.

Sign In to Your Account

Use the same sign-in method you used when purchasing your tickets (Google, Email, or other available options).

Open Your Profile Menu

Once logged in, click on your Profile Menu.

Select "Orders"

Click Orders from the side panel. This will display all orders associated with your account.

Click "View Order Details"

Choose the Ticket Lock Plan order you want to manage.

Manage Your Payment Plan

From the Order Details page, you can:

  • View your order information

  • Check upcoming due dates

  • Update or switch your payment card

  • Cancel your Ticket Lock Plan

  • Make advance payments by clicking Make Payment

Note: Tickets purchased under the Ticket Lock Plan will only become accessible after all scheduled payments have been successfully completed.

Where can I see my payment due dates?
Your payment schedule and upcoming due dates are displayed in the Order Details section of your Ticket Lock Plan order.
Can I make a payment before the due date?
Yes. You can pay ahead of schedule by clicking Make Payment within your order details.
When will I be able to access my tickets?
Tickets under the Ticket Lock Plan will only be accessible after all payments have been successfully completed.
What happens if I miss a payment?
If a scheduled payment fails or is missed, your Ticket Lock Plan will still try to process it within the 7-day grace period. If payment still fails after that period, your order will be forfeited. We recommend ensuring your payment method is up to date and completing payments on or before the due date.
Will I receive reminders before my payment is due?
Yes. EVENT Live sends payment reminders to the email address associated with your account before each scheduled due date.
Can I change my payment schedule?
Payment schedules for Ticket Lock Plans are fixed at the time of purchase and. However, you can still email the support team, subject to approval.
What happens if the event is postponed or canceled?
If an event is postponed or canceled, Ticket Lock Plan orders will follow the event organizer’s official policy regarding refunds, credits, or rollovers.
Will my tickets sell out while I’m on a Ticket Lock Plan?
No. Your tickets are reserved for you as long as you remain in good standing with your scheduled payments.
