You can easily access and manage your Ticket Lock Plan (installment plan) through your EVENT Live account. From here, you’ll be able to review your payment schedule, check your balance, and stay on top of upcoming installments.
Step-by-Step Guide
Visit www.eventliveus.com and click Log In.
Use the same sign-in method you used when purchasing your tickets (Google, Email, or other available options).
Once logged in, click on your Profile Menu.
Click Orders from the side panel. This will display all orders associated with your account.
Choose the Ticket Lock Plan order you want to manage.
From the Order Details page, you can:
View your order information
Check upcoming due dates
Update or switch your payment card
Cancel your Ticket Lock Plan
Make advance payments by clicking Make Payment
Note: Tickets purchased under the Ticket Lock Plan will only become accessible after all scheduled payments have been successfully completed.
