Easily manage or cancel your Ticket Lock Plan in your EVENT Live account.

You may cancel your Ticket Lock™ Plan at any time through your EVENT Live account. Please note that any payments already made are non-refundable, in accordance with the terms and policies agreed to before and upon purchase.

Before proceeding, we recommend reviewing the event organizer’s policies to ensure you understand how cancellation may affect your order.

Step-by-Step Guide to Cancel Your Ticket Lock™ Plan

Go to the EVENT Live Login Page

Visit www.eventliveus.com and click Log In.

Sign In to Your Account

Log in using the same method you used when purchasing your tickets (Google, Email, or other available options).

Access Your Orders

From your Profile Menu, click Orders, then select View Order Details for the Ticket Lock™ Plan you wish to cancel.

Cancel Your Ticket Lock™ Plan

From the Order Details page, click Cancel Ticket Lock and follow the prompts to complete the cancellation.

Important Notes

  • Payments already made under the Ticket Lock™ Plan are not refundable.

  • Canceling your Ticket Lock™ Plan will release your reserved tickets.

  • This action cannot be undone once confirmed.

Will I receive a confirmation after canceling my Ticket Lock™ Plan?
Yes. Once your Ticket Lock™ Plan is successfully canceled, a confirmation message will appear on screen and a confirmation email will be sent to the email address linked to your EVENT Live account.
Does canceling my Ticket Lock™ Plan automatically release my tickets?
Yes. Canceling your Ticket Lock™ Plan releases your reserved tickets, making them inactive and invalidated.
Will canceling my Ticket Lock™ Plan stop future payments?
Yes. Once canceled, all future scheduled payments will be stopped automatically.
Does canceling my Ticket Lock™ Plan affect other orders in my account?
No. Canceling a Ticket Lock™ Plan only affects the specific order you cancel. All other orders in your account will remain unchanged.
Is there a deadline to cancel my Ticket Lock™ Plan?
There is no fixed deadline. You may cancel your Ticket Lock™ Plan at any time prior to full payment completion.
