Accessing your tickets on EVENT Live is quick and easy. Follow the step-by-step guide below to view, download, or save your tickets to your digital wallet.

How to Access Your EVENT Live Account and Tickets 🎟️

Go to EVENT Live Login Page

Visit www.eventliveus.com and click Log In.

Sign In to Your Account

Use the same login method you used when purchasing your tickets (Google, Email, or other sign-in options).

Open Your Profile Menu

Once logged in, look to the upper-right corner of the screen and click on your name to see the profile menu.

View Your Order

From the side panel, click Orders to see a list of all your purchases.

Select an Order

Find the order you want and click View Order Details to access its information.

Access Your Tickets

Click the Ticket icon located on the ticket row to view your tickets and QR codes.

Download or Save Your Tickets

From there, you can:

  • Download your tickets

  • Print them

  • Add them to your Digital Wallet for easy access on event day

FAQs

I can’t see my tickets. What should I do?
1. Ensure that you are using the correct email address you used in purchasing the tickets 2. Check if your order is successfully placed. Locate the order receipt sent to your email or check your bank statement for EVENT Live Transactions
When will I be able to access my tickets if I’m on the Ticket Lock Plan?
Tickets under the Ticket Lock Plan will only be accessible after the plan has been fully paid. Once payment is complete, your tickets and QR codes will automatically appear in your order.
Can I use my phone to enter the event?
Yes! You can show your QR code directly from your phone. For best results, increase your screen brightness and make sure your ticket is ready before reaching the entrance.
Can I print my tickets?
Yes. You can download and print your tickets from your order details, or save them to your Digital Wallet for easy access.
Do I need internet access at the event?
It’s recommended to download your tickets or add them to your digital wallet in advance, in case internet access is limited at the venue.
