Some events take place over multiple days, and we understand that plans can change/mistakes happen. If you can no longer attend your selected day—or if you accidentally purchased tickets for the wrong date—you may request to change the day or date of your ticket, provided certain conditions are met.
Eligibility for a Direct Ticket Date Change
You may request a ticket date change if all of the following conditions apply:
The request is for the same ticket type
(Example: General Admission – Sunday to General Admission – Saturday)The original ticket and the requested ticket are priced the same

Requests depend on ticket availability
Event-specific policies and terms may apply
If You Do Not Meet the Conditions
If your request does not meet the eligibility criteria above (for example, changing to a different ticket type or a differently priced day), you may still submit a request. In these cases, the request may fall under a repurchase and refund option, which is also subject to approval by the event organizer.
