Ticket Swap

Change your ticket from one day to another for same event (e.g., Sunday to Saturday) when there is no price difference

Some events take place over multiple days, and we understand that plans can change/mistakes happen. If you can no longer attend your selected day—or if you accidentally purchased tickets for the wrong date—you may request to change the day or date of your ticket, provided certain conditions are met.

Eligibility for a Direct Ticket Date Change

You may request a ticket date change if all of the following conditions apply:

  • The request is for the same ticket type
    (Example: General Admission – Sunday to General Admission – Saturday)

  • The original ticket and the requested ticket are priced the same

Important Notes

  • All ticket change requests are subject to event organizer approval

  • Requests depend on ticket availability

  • Event-specific policies and terms may apply

If You Do Not Meet the Conditions

If your request does not meet the eligibility criteria above (for example, changing to a different ticket type or a differently priced day), you may still submit a request. In these cases, the request may fall under a repurchase and refund option, which is also subject to approval by the event organizer.

FAQs

What if my requested ticket does not meet the requirements?
If your request does not meet the conditions for a direct ticket date change (such as switching to a different ticket type or a differently priced date), you may still request a change. In these cases, the request may fall under a repurchase and refund option, which is also subject to approval.
Does EVENT Live charge a fee for ticket date changes?
As ticket swaps require that both the original ticket and the requested ticket are priced equally, no further fees apply to eligible ticket swap requests.
How long does a ticket swap request take to process?
Once your request is submitted, our Support Team process it as soon as possible. However, the changes on the order will reflect a few hours after the ticket swap.
Can I swap only part of my order?
Yes. If your order includes multiple tickets, you may request to swap only specific tickets within the order, subject to approval and availability. Kindly state clearly on your email on the specific tickets you want to change.
Will my QR code or ticket details change after a swap?
Yes. Once a ticket swap is approved, you will receive updated ticket details reflecting the new date. Any previously issued QR codes may become invalid.
Can someone else request the ticket swap on my behalf?
For security and verification purposes, ticket swap requests must be submitted by the original purchaser or the account holder who completed the order.
