Steps to Upgrade Your Ticket
Email support@eventliveus.com to request a ticket upgrade. The support team can identify whether you are eligible for a ticket upgrade or the event organizer is allowing upgrades. Please note that each event has different ticket upgrade policy and all ticket upgrade requests are subject to approval.
The support team will verify your request and once it is approved, a guideline on the next stage of ticket upgrade will be sent to your email.
