Steps to Upgrade Your Ticket

Contact support to request a ticket upgrade

Email support@eventliveus.com to request a ticket upgrade. The support team can identify whether you are eligible for a ticket upgrade or the event organizer is allowing upgrades. Please note that each event has different ticket upgrade policy and all ticket upgrade requests are subject to approval.

Wait for support confirmation

The support team will verify your request and once it is approved, a guideline on the next stage of ticket upgrade will be sent to your email.

Can I upgrade my ticket for any event?
Upgrades are available for most events, but some exclusions may apply. Check the event details or contact support for confirmation.
Do I have to pay the difference when upgrading?
Yes, you will need to purchase upgrade tickets, if upgrade tickets are available, to move to a higher ticket type. If upgrade tickets are not available, an upgrade may still be possible through our repurchase-and-refund process. In this case, our support team will review your request and, if approved, ask you to repurchase the new ticket. Once your eligibility is confirmed and the repurchase is completed, the original ticket order will be refunded. This ensures a smooth upgrade process while keeping ticket availability and pricing accurate.
How long does the refund take?
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after verification depending on your bank.
