You can update your payment method directly in your EVENT Live account to ensure your purchases are processed smoothly. Keeping your details up to date helps avoid checkout issues when buying tickets or merchandise.
Visit www.eventliveus.com and click Log In.
Use the same sign-in method you used when purchasing your tickets (Google, Email, or other available options).
Once logged in, click your name in the upper-right corner of the screen to open the profile menu.
From the side panel, click Orders to view a list of all your purchases.
Find the order you want to update and click View Order Details.
Under Payment Method, click Switch Card.
Select Add New Payment Method and complete the required payment details.
Make sure the new payment method is marked as Current so it becomes the active payment method for future payments.
