Update Payment Method

You can update your payment method directly in your EVENT Live account to ensure your purchases are processed smoothly. Keeping your details up to date helps avoid checkout issues when buying tickets or merchandise.

Visit EVENT Live Login Page

Visit www.eventliveus.com and click Log In.

Use the same sign-in method you used when purchasing your tickets (Google, Email, or other available options).

Open Your Profile Menu

Once logged in, click your name in the upper-right corner of the screen to open the profile menu.

Go to Orders

From the side panel, click Orders to view a list of all your purchases.

Select an Order

Find the order you want to update and click View Order Details.

Switch Your Payment Method

Under Payment Method, click Switch Card.

Add a New Payment Method

Select Add New Payment Method and complete the required payment details.

Set as Current

Make sure the new payment method is marked as Current so it becomes the active payment method for future payments.

Yes. When switching your payment method, you can select Add New Payment Method and enter new payment details.

No. Updating your payment method will not change completed transactions, but it will apply to future payments or any pending charges associated with your account under the Ticket Lock Plan.
