Didn't Receive Your Wristband?
If your event wristband has not arrived by mail, you can still attend the event by picking up your wristband at the Box Office.

Check Your Mail Delivery Status
Confirm that your wristband was supposed to be mailed. Check your order confirmation email for shipping details or delivery estimates.

Go to the Box Office
Visit the Box Office at the event venue. Box Office hours and locations are listed on the event's official website.

Bring Required Identification
Bring a valid photo ID and your order confirmation email (printed or on your phone) to verify your purchase.

Pick Up Your Wristband
A staff member will verify your information and provide your wristband so you can enjoy the event.
