How do I acquire a wristband for the event?
Pick up your wristband at the event Box Office. Present your valid ID for verification. Wristbands are provided in person and are required for event entry.
Are wristbands physical or digital?
Wristbands are physical. It is usually shipped to the shipping address you have provided upon checkout or must be collected at the Box Office before entering the event if you have not received it by mail.
What do I need to bring to get my wristband?
Bring a valid government-issued photo ID to the Box Office for identity verification when picking up your wristband.
Can I pick up a wristband for someone else?
Generally, wristbands must be picked up by the ticket holder. Contact event support for exceptions or special arrangements as each event has different protocols and guidelines.

1. Email Order Confirmation
2. A copy of the original purchaser’s ID
3. A letter stating that the original purchaser has given the tickets to you
