What to Do if Your Transaction Is Still Processing
Most payments process within 1–2 business days. Some may take longer due to bank or card provider delays.
No further action is needed while the transaction is processing unless you receive a failure or error message.
If the payment remains pending past the expected date (e.g., after July 08, 2025), contact Customer Support.
How to Check for Payment Method Issues
Visit the Payment Method section in your account to check for expired cards or rejected methods.
If your card was declined, you’ll see an error message during checkout. Update your payment method if needed.
For pending transactions with no error message, waiting is usually all that’s needed.
When to Contact Support
If the payment remains pending for more than 2 business days after the expected processing date.
If you see a declined payment or error message and updating your payment method does not resolve it.
