Resend Order Receipt

Learn how to have your order receipt resent to your email if you can't find them.

If you can't find your event tickets in your email inbox, you can easily get them resent or access them directly from your EVENT Live account. Follow the steps below on how to find your order receipt or request for a new one.

Check Your Email and Spam Folder

  • Search your inbox for emails from EVENT Live or use tags such as the event name, event date, or your ticket name.

  • Check your spam, junk, or promotions folders for your ticket email.

Access Your Order Details and Tickets Online

Go to Your Profile
Visit https://www.eventliveus.com/my-profile and sign in using the same method you used to purchase your tickets.

Open My Events
In the profile menu, click on My Events to see all your purchased tickets.

Download or View Tickets
Select your event and download or view your tickets directly from your account.

View Your Order Details

You can also view in this window the complete order details that can also be found on the order receipt.

Request to Resend Your Order Receipt

If you still can't find your order receipt in the email, contact the support team (support@eventliveus.com) or by submitting a request at https://www.eventliveus.com/contact. Our team can resend your order receipt.

Most of the times, the reason for the non-receipt of your order is because the email has a typographical error or a different email is used. By contacting the support team, they will be able to figure out the reason and provide the best course of action.
