How to Update the Guest Name for Multiple Tickets Purchased

If you purchased multiple tickets under one account, all tickets will initially be named under the account owner.

You can request to have these tickets assigned to different names or ticket holders by contacting our Support Team at support@eventliveus.com. Our team will update the ticket names on the backend according to your request.

Important Notes

  • Changing ticket names does not transfer ownership.

  • Even if the tickets are named after different people, only the account owner can access and manage the tickets.

  • If you want to transfer a ticket to someone else, please use the EVENT Live Transfer Feature, if allowed by the event organizer.

Does changing a ticket name transfer the ticket to someone else?
No. Changing a ticket name is not the same as transferring a ticket. Even if a ticket is named after someone else, only the account owner can access and manage it.
How do I transfer a ticket to another person?
To transfer a ticket, you must use the EVENT Live Transfer Feature, if the event organizer allows transfers. Changing the ticket name alone does not grant control to the new name holder. The Transfer Tickets Article is linked below the page.
Can I change ticket names after transferring a ticket?
No. Once a ticket has been transferred, any further name changes must follow the transfer rules set by the event organizer.
