If you purchased multiple tickets under one account, all tickets will initially be named under the account owner.
You can request to have these tickets assigned to different names or ticket holders by contacting our Support Team at support@eventliveus.com. Our team will update the ticket names on the backend according to your request.
Important Notes
Changing ticket names does not transfer ownership.
Even if the tickets are named after different people, only the account owner can access and manage the tickets.
If you want to transfer a ticket to someone else, please use the EVENT Live Transfer Feature, if allowed by the event organizer.
