Duplicate Charges

You accidentally gets billed twice

If you received an error message while making a purchase, our payment provider Stripe may still “authorize” your card, resulting in a pending charge. This pending charge should automatically drop off within 1–2 business days (or up to 48 hours), depending on your bank. Please note that weekends and holidays may cause delays.

We recommend waiting for the pending charge to clear. If a duplicate charge does go through, please contact our Customer Support team by using the Need Help Button below, and we will be happy to assist you.
